Do we accept exchanges & refunds?

For T-shirts, Mugs, and Tote Bags, we work with a fulfillment company and the company we partner with does not allow returns or exchanges (however, there is an exception for damaged items). Because of this, please be very careful when you input your sizes, quantity, and address. If your T-shirt, mug, or tote bag is misprinted/damaged/defective, please take a picture and email it to allyson.leak@amethystlife.com within 14 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For Crystals and Jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets), we currently do not accept exchanges or refunds.

For Meditation Kit downloads or any other digital downloads, we currently do not accept exchanges or refunds.

Virtual Classes, Workshops, & Retreats Cancellation Policy

You must cancel your reservation by sending an email to allyson.leak@amethystlife.com at least 24 hours before a class or workshop. You must cancel your reservation 48 hours before a retreat. You will be credited the full amount of the class, workshop, or retreat if you cancel within these alotted times.

Do we accept returns on gift cards?

Not at this time.
