It is a mineral in the quartz family recognized for its light pink color, which it gets from small amounts of titanium, iron, and manganese.

Meditation: 
Find a comfortable location to sit. Take a few slow deep breaths, relaxing your shoulders with each exhale. Hold your Rose Quartz and visualize pink energy connecting your hands to the crystals.
